We are currently using Atlas, a secure, web-based portal where clinical staff can order tests, print requisitions, and view results all in one convenient site.

Set Up Account

Steps to establish an institutional account:

1. Request an Institutional Account form by completing the New Client Intake form.
2. UCSF Clinical Lab will evaluate testing needs and provide required forms for testing and resulting.
3. UCSF Clinical Lab Outreach will provide a custom requisition and shipping information within 48-72 hours of Institutional Account form completion.
